Eligibility Criteria
Registered Entity
Indian Pvt. Ltd. company with ≥51% Indian ownership.
DPIIT Recognition
Must be DPIIT-recognized and based in Tier-II/III city.
Market-Ready
Startup should be market-ready and preferably revenue-generating.
Matching Investment
Must have secured private (non-government) matching investment.
Exclusivity
Cannot be previously supported under TIDE 2.0 (Scale up), SAMRIDH schemes, or GENESIS EIR before graduation.
1:1 Matching Funds
Up to INR 50 lakhs based on external funds raised (government funding & FDIs are not considered).
